This consent is granted strictly for the purpose of processing the product warranty for the GREANPIPE PP-R Pipe Welding Machine distributed by GREANPIPE Co., Ltd.

เงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า

  • เครื่องเชื่อม ท่อ พีพี-อาร์ กรีนไปป์ ที่จัดจำหน่ายโดย บริษัท กรีน ไปป์ จำกัด ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีรับประกันสินค้าเป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน นับจากวันที่ออกใบกำกับภาษี/ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน จากร้านค้าที่ท่านซื้อสินค้า โดยที่ท่านจะต้องดำเนินการลงทะเบียนรับประกันสินค้าให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 15 วัน นับจากวันที่ออกใบกำกับภาษี/ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน จากร้านค้าที่ท่านซื้อ หากไม่ดำเนินการลงทะเบียนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับประกันสินค้า
  • การรับประกันสินค้าจะครอบคลุมเฉพาะความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานปกติ และเป็นไปตามวิธีการติดตั้งที่บริษัทกำหนด สามารถศึกษาวิธีการติดตั้งได้ที่ https://www.greanpipe.com/ppr-installation/

Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty Period and Registration: GREANPIPE PP-R Pipe Welding Machines distributed by GREANPIPE Co., Ltd. are covered by a 3-month warranty, commencing from the date of the tax invoice or receipt issued by the retailer. Customers are required to complete the product warranty registration within 15 days from the date of said tax invoice or receipt. Failure to register within the stipulated timeframe shall result in the Company reserving the right to void the warranty.
  • Warranty Coverage: This warranty exclusively covers damages arising from normal usage and strict compliance with the installation procedures stipulated by the Company. Detailed installation guidelines can be accessed at: https://thaippr.com/installation/

การรับประกันจะไม่ครอบคลุมถึงกรณีดังต่อไปนี้

  • สูญหาย, ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานไม่ถูกต้องตามวิธีการติดตั้ง รวมถึงวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองที่เสื่อมสภาพจากการใช้งาน ซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานของตัวเครื่อง
  • ตัวเครื่องได้รับการซ่อมจากแหล่งอื่น หรือถอดชิ้นส่วนของตัวเครื่องเพื่อนำไปดัดแปลง หรือแก้ไข
  • เมื่อสติกเกอร์ Void หลุดร่อน หรือถูกแกะออก การรับประกันถือว่าสิ้นสุดลงทันที

หมายเหตุ : บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดของเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

The warranty shall not cover the following circumstances

  • Loss, natural disasters, or damages arising from improper usage that contravenes the stipulated installation procedures. This includes the deterioration of consumable materials from regular use, which is unrelated to the machine’s core operation.
  • The machine has undergone repairs by unauthorized third parties, or its components have been disassembled, modified, or altered.
  • The warranty shall be immediately rendered void if the warranty “Void” sticker is peeled off, tampered with, or removed.

Remarks: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the warranty terms and conditions without prior notice.
